Subject: 4203 ford road project
I seriously hope you consider blocking this development project. This project is not well-planned
(parking, number of units, type of property) and it is not in the best interest of city residents, businesses,
neighborhoods, park land but rather this lowball developers pocketbook. Projects are always oversold,
over promised and under-considered. With the coming economic decline, does this developer have cash
to finish even? This project will negatively impact the schools, the businesses, parking, use of parkland,
traffic... sounds like a great idea! Is quaint and charming newport turning into a metropolis?
