Dear Mr. Ben Zbeda,
I’m writing to express my concern about the new housing project proposed for development on
old Ford Rd.
My husband and I and our two children have lived in the neighborhood for 22 years and have
enjoyed the parks and all that the community offers. Indeed, the port streets are a special place.
The proposed project will not only disrupt the harmony of this community, but it is flawed and
not thought out.
The project entrance is flawed. It is very dangerous to children, adults, bikers, and other vehicles.
Considering the project density and the amount of cars it would produce, the entrance/ exit will
become a city liability of negligence with a high probability of injury or death.
Please reconsider this project. I know the developers first intention is profit, but in the process
there are hundred of families adversely affected. Please don’t allow this project to go forward.
