Yes, this is an "As Built" structure which was originally permitted in 1979 and more recently permitted again in 2012. (COMB PERMIT #x2012-3344) 2. The request to convert from an exercise room to a JADU involves some interior modifications only. 3. The rear fence has been in this location since we purchased the property in 1985. The rear fence enclosure creates a secure space in back from the alleyway. Please see attached photos of six properties in my block with rearfences on the edge of the alley pavement. 4. The gardening shed is a portable Rubbermaid Big Max 6 ft x 4ft. Resin Storage Shed and is located on my property behind the telephone pole and thereby not an obstruction. Reg~ ment rom Building: 1. The r. rate ~I exists and was documented and inspected in 2012. The wall consists of 1" of s cco on the gara~· e and 5/8" drywall on the interior. 2. Smoke and CO alarm w ill ·n place for the inspection. Main entrance door is 3'-0" x 6 -8" with a keyed entry set and a deadbolt. Please confirm that this information is adequate and that I won't need to submit 4 more sets of the same documents already submitted due to the lack of a few notes. Respectfully, Tony Lange
