The following documentation is required to complete the application: Response to Public Works Corrections 1. Removal/Relocation of Fence and Shed. Municipal Code Section 20.30.110(D)(C) prohibits ground-level encroachments into required rear setback of a lot abutting an alley (i.e., fence and portable shed). Staff reviewed City permit records and did not find a permit or permitted plans for the existing fence and shed. These structures will need to be removed or relocated out of the minimum required 5’-0” rear setback. Please amend the project plans to reflect removal or relocation of these structures. Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a Planning Commission Hearing.
