Please be advised that after reviewing the subject application, your submittal has been
deemed incomplete and further information is required before we are able to proceed with
the application process.
The following documentation is required to complete the application:
Response to Public Works Corrections
1. Removal/Relocation of Fence and Shed. Municipal Code Section 20.30.110(D)(C)
prohibits ground-level encroachments into required rear setback of a lot abutting an
alley (i.e., fence and portable shed). Staff reviewed City permit records and did not
find a permit or permitted plans for the existing fence and shed. These structures will
need to be removed or relocated out of the minimum required 5’-0” rear setback.
Please amend the project plans to reflect removal or relocation of these structures.
Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a
Planning Commission Hearing. Should you have any questions regarding submittal
