Please be advised that after reviewing the subject application, your submittal has been
deemed incomplete and further information is required before we are able to proceed
with the application process.
The following documentation is required to complete the application:
1. Please provide a Construction Pollution Prevention Plan (Section 21.35.030).
Due to proximity to the bay, a CPPP is required. A preliminary CPPP (based on site
conditions and project features known at the time of application) shall be provided
with the CDP application, and a final CPPP shall be provided for approval prior to
construction. The prior submittal of plan sheets was not sufficient to meet the
requirements. Please note that approval of the CPPP is required before the
application can be deemed complete.
2. Please note that approval of Water Quality and Hydrology Plan (21.35.050) is
required before the application can be deemed complete. This document has been
submitted and a round of corrections have been issued.
3. Please note that an additional deposit of $1,500 is required to offset the cost of City
review of water quality documents. Please provide as soon as possible.
4. Provide a single (consolidated) electronic copy of the plans. This single PDF is
utilized to prepare and compile the staff report.

Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a
Zoning Administrator Hearing. Please be advised that staff may have additional
comments or corrections upon submittal of the additional materials listed above. Should
