Mr. Person acknowledged that he reviewed and agreed to the conditions of approval.
The Zoning Administrator opened the public hearing. Seeing that no one from the public wished to comment
the public hearing was closed.

Development Permit No. CD2017-053 (PA2017-112)
Site Location: 418 and 418 ½ Fernleaf Avenue Council District 6

The Zoning Administrator opened the public hearing. Seeing that no one from the public wished to comment
the public hearing was closed.

Mr. Person acknowledged that he reviewed and agreed to the conditions of approval.
The Zoning Administrator opened the public hearing. Seeing that no one from the public wished to comment
the public hearing was closed.
Action: Approved
V. PUBLIC COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS
Mr. Person said that the agendas placed out for the public were for the September 14, 2017 meeting.
Assistant Planner Whelan replied that the correct agenda was available.
The Zoning Administrator noted that the Mr. Person might have mistaken the September 14, 2017 draft
meeting minutes for the agenda.
VI. ADJOURNMENT
The hearing was adjourned at 3:46 p.m.
The agenda for the Zoning Administrator Hearing was posted on September 22, 2017, at 1:05 p.m.
in the Chambers binder and on the digital display board located inside the vestibule of the Council
Chambers at 100 Civic Center Drive and on the City’s website on September 22, 2017, at 12:57
p.m.
