Please be advised that after reviewing the subject application, your submittal has been
deemed incomplete and further information is required before we are able to proceed
with the application process.
The following documentation is required to complete the application:
1. Comprehensive Sign Program Matrix Worksheet
a. Update frontage designation on sign matrix to clarify “front of building” and “rear
of building” (for example- specify primary frontage faces Via Lido).
b. Update matrix to include tenant suite number (or letter). Currently it is unclear as
to how many tenants will be in the building space and how many signs are
proposed per tenant. `
c. Clarify type of building sign (wall, projecting, window, or awning).
d. In column two, only list primary frontage signs.
e. In column three, only list secondary frontage signs.
f. Include max square footage for all different signs (including business directory
signs).
g. Please clarify what “directories – visual markings” means.
h. Vinyl markings on window is considered a window sign. Please update matrix to
include proposed window signs.
2. Project Plans
i. Provide page numbers on plan sheets.
j. Label 1st sheet as “Site Plan”.
k. Label frontage (i.e. primary or secondary) on elevation view.
l. Label the dimensioned sign examples.

m. Include a maximum square footage for both wall sign and awning sign.
n. Include depth for sign projections.
o. Dimension business directory sign.
p. Clarify building frontage per tenant.
3. Project Description
q. A written project description may be submitted to help clarify the items referenced
above (i.e. how many signs per tenant, building frontage per tenant, dimensions
of signs, etc.). Exhibits and/or tables are acceptable.
Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and published on the
