The proposed addition and remodel would result in a 3,615 square foot, three-story, single-family residence with an attached 527-square-foot, two-car garage. The project includes new landscape, hardscape, and site walls and will utilize existing drainage facilities within the confines of the private property. The design complies with all applicable development standards and no deviations are requested.
