To whom it may concern,
Sessions West Coast Deli is planning on opening our 4th location in Orange County. The project will be at
101 Newport Center Dr in Newport Beach. This project will be attached and outside of the Macy’s
department store.
We will be open from 7am-9pm 7 days a week and serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. We plan to
serve beer and wine and expect to have 19 seats inside. We should have 350 sq feet of net public area
with parking for patrons in the Fashion Island parking lot.
The current patio is not part of the scope of work for this project and alcohol is not being proposed to be
served on the patio.
Sessions WCD will always have a minimum of 2 staff members working, with roughly 6 during the peak
hours of lunch and dinner.
This property is zoned for commercial use and we will be using it as such.
