Please be advised that after reviewing the subject application, your submittal has been
deemed incomplete and further information is required before we are able to proceed
with the application process.
The following documentation is required to complete the application:
1. Plans required: Provide architectural plans, including Site Plan, Floor Plans, and
Elevation Plans. Renderings of the restaurant would be helpful as well. a. Site Plan should show the location of the proposed restaurant within Fashion
Island.
b. Is the patio area part of the scope of work? Please have plans clearly show
the boundaries of the restaurant.
2. Patio area: In the project description, clearly describe if the patio is part of the scope of work at this time. If so, will alcohol be served in the patio?
Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a
Zoning Administrator Hearing. Should you have any questions regarding submittal
