FT., three-story, single-family residence with a 562 SQ. FT. garage. The structure will reach a maximum height of 29 feet. The project includes raising the existing bulkhead and replacement of tiebacks and deadmen. The design includes hardscape, walls, landscaping, and drainage facilities. All project improvements including the replacements of deadmen/tiebacks and raising the bulkhead are located entirely within private property and the City's permit jurisdiction pursuant to the Post LCP Certification Permit and Appeal Jurisdiction Map. 3905 Marcus Ave, Newport Beach, Ca 92663 (APN(s): 423-076-05) Unless an appeal is filed with the Coastal Commission, the action will become final at the end of the Commission appeal period.
