development permit described below:

To demolish an existing single-family residence and allow the construction
of a new 2,825 SQ. FT., three-story, single-family residence with a 562 SQ.
FT. garage. The structure will reach a maximum height of 29 feet. The
project includes raising the existing bulkhead and replacement of tiebacks
and deadmen. The design includes hardscape, walls, landscaping, and
drainage facilities. All project improvements including the replacements of
deadmen/tiebacks and raising the bulkhead are located entirely within private
property and the City's permit jurisdiction pursuant to the Post LCP
Certification Permit and Appeal Jurisdiction Map.

Unless an appeal is filed with the Coastal Commission, the action will become final at the end of the
Commission appeal period. The appeal period will end at 5:00 PM on June 29, 2020.
