deemed complete by the Planning Division.
The application will be processed and scheduled for a Zoning Administrator Hearing. A
public notice will be mailed to you within 10 days of the hearing date.
Please be advised that this Zoning Administrator hearing date is contingent on providing the
following items to staff prior to February 10, 2020:
Revised Plans
Please revise the plans to address the remaining comments from our utilities department
and real property administrator.
These comments include:
a) T-1 – Remove “Site Address: 606 [CS] Avocado Avenue”
b) GN-1 – Add note “antisieze compound to be used on all threaded fasteners”
c) A-3 – Label the street lighting power
d) Provide a detail for the attachment of arm to pole
Updated Mailing Labels
Please be advised that the mailing labels are required to be no older than 6 months.
New mailing labels must be submitted.
