I and our CdMRA Scenic Corridor Committee believe that the City Council should fund and implement a Master Plan for enhancement and implementation of the Ocean Bluff corridor based on Citizen outreach & input. The Ocean Blvd. Bluff Park & Walk is a unique resource shared by those who live on the street, the Village residents and the many visitors that come to enjoy the beach. It is a place to walk, reflect, exercise and enjoy the wonderful ocean, harbor and sunset views, but it can be so much more. We hope that you will schedule discussion to approve funding this Citizen outreach master plan. City Councilmembers: We would like to ask for your support to develop a plan to refresh the walkway and amenities along Ocean Boulevard in Corona del Mar. The Ocean Boulevard corridor is a unique resource that is shared by residents, our community, and the visitors that come to enjoy our beaches. While it's a beautiful area because of its scenic qualities , there are many places that are a little tired and where improved access, walkways, and vegetation would provide an even more enjoyable experience. We would request that you help us consider the enhancement of Ocean Blvd. and the development of a Master Plan for this great resource in our community. We appreciate your consideration.
