Approve a Land Use Agreement for non - standard improvements within an easement for sewer & storm drain purposes and authorize the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute the agreement. 2. Authorize and direct the City Clerk to have the agreement recorded with the Orange County Recorder. DISCUSSION: i The Inverness Associates have proposed to construct decorative concrete, brick, wood and planter improvements within the sewer and storm drain easement. This agreement allows construction of the non - standard improvements within the sewer and storm drain easement, as approved by the Public Works Department. The property owner is responsible for replacement of the non - standard improvements should the City need to remove them in order to repair, replace or enlarge the existing sewer main or storm drain line.
