No additional noise mitigation is necessary. The installation was measured on Thursday, July 1, 2020, using a Larson Davis Model 700 Type 2 Sound Level Meter. The installation was observed to consist of a single Jandy E - Pump variable speed pump, a single Jandy Stealth pump, a single Jandy Water Feature pump, and a Jandy JXi heater, all located in a side yard setback. The pumps were observed to have been enclosed in a large plywood cover. The measurement microphone was placed just beyond the top of the nearest property line wall directly opposite the pool equipment. The measurement reported a level of 54 dBA for all three pumps and heater unit operating simultaneously. This level complies with the City's 55 dBA noise limit.
