slab for temporary trailer).
Delta 63 is the revisions for the James Irvine Surgery Center Parking Lot.

Use and access to temporary trailer shall be clarified (i.e. Patient will not
access thru parking and they will be assisted by Hospital staff to access
temp. trailers).
See patient access path on Sheet A-1.1.

All drawings shall be stamped and signed by licensed professional.
All drawings have been stamped and signed by a licensed professional.
Verify that removable bollards are properly cross-referenced (i.e. in areas
of new work).
Refer to Key Note 55 and Key Note 59 for the removable bollards on Sheet
A-1.1. Removable bollards detail is shown on Detail N7 and Detail Nil on
Sheet A-9.3.
Comment 9A: Verify that 10" conc. slab design and details are per soil report
recommendation obtain soil engineer's approval stamp on plan (more
corrections may follow).
Response: Soil Engineer has approved and stamped Sheet S-1.4.
Comment 10A: H.C. parking location does not match original drawings. Also, H.C. parking
shall be located on the passenger side.
Response: There are a total of two van accessible parking spaces and two standard
parking spaces located in the James Irvine Surgery Center parking lot. The
van accessible parking space has the access aisle located on the
passenger side and the standard accessible space share the access aisle
with the van accessible parking space.
Comment 11A: Provide applicable H.C. parking details on plan.
