Subject: Medical Gases Distribution Systems
To whom it may concern;
Hoag Hospital has retained my services, to inspect and test the Medical Gases
Systems, at the completion of the above stated project. Inspection and testing
will be performed in accordance with the requirements of NFPA 99, 1999 Edition,
Chapter 4, Section 4-3 .4.1.3, titled "System Verification".
A detailed report of our findings will be submitted for your records and a
Certification for patient treatment use will be issued provided all current code
requirements have been met.
Hoag Hospital has also requested that I review the permitted drawings,
specifically the portion of the Medical Gas Piping which is to be modified, and I
have found them to be in compliance with the above stated code requirements.
