New utilities will be required to serve each unit separately. The project also proposes to construct carports for each unit and various site improvements. (c)There is currently one sewer lateral and one water service. The project proposes to construct a new sewer lateral and water service to serve the units separately. (d)There are no public areas proposed with this development. (e)The existing street tree will remain in place.
