Below you will find point-by-point responses to your list of corrections. Copies of responses from other trades are attached to this memorandum for your convenience. GENERAL 37. Lot coverage has been added to the roof plan. Please see the bold dash line. Ref. A-3.0 49. All projections have been dimensions on site plan/roof plan. See A-0.0 & A-3.0. 55. Minimum interior garage clearances have been provided (20x10 & 20x20). Ref. to site plan A-0.0 56. Interior dimensions in garages have been added to all obstructions. See A-0.0 62. Signed topo survey has been provided. See SUR sheet. 65. Grade Plane has been established using the points shown below those numbers can also be found in the site plan sheet A-0.1. 74. Eave overhangs have been labeled and dimensioned on all exterior elevations. See A-4.0 & 4.1. 76. Dimensions to the chimney cap and roof have been added to the elevations. See A-4.0 79.
