Please be advised that after reviewing the subject application, your submittal has been
deemed incomplete and further information is required before we are able to proceed
with the application process.
The following documentation is required to complete the application:
1. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
- Project description states that juices will be prepared at the Xanadu restaurant,
bottled at the restaurant, and sold at the juice bar however floor plans show a
blender and kitchen area in the juice bar.
Will juice also be prepared/made to order at the juice bar?
Please update both the plans and the project description to be consistent.
2. PLANS
- Site plan is not legible and it is unclear where suite is located on the property.
Please provide a larger, legible, site plan and highlight specifically where the juice
bar will be located.
- Update address in project information block to include the suite number.
3. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
No title report submitted in project application
- One (1) copy of a Preliminary Title Report not more than six (6) months old from the
date the application was submitted that identifies the legal description of property and
owner of property.
Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a
Zoning Administrator Hearing. Should you have any questions regarding submittal
