Pursuant to our recent conversation, Please accept the following as our belief
as to the status ofthe submi壮al and responses to your latest inquiry.
1. With the presentation ofthe supplemental documentation, We believe that
the parking issue has been resoIved.
2・ Each building has a dedicated water line running to it that will be
maintained by the building association. The pr(加ct intends to waive the
utilities standards and simply charge each prope吋OWner a PrO rata Share
Of the utility costs through association dues.
3. It is hereby requested that the Community Development Department
COnduct a special inspection of the property for the purpose of identifying
any building safoty violation.
4. Again’with the submission ofthe revised parking s巾dy, the public works
