What improvements and public utilities are proposed to be made or installed and when are said improvements proposed to be completed?: A newly constructed two-unit condominium building will be constructed on the property. The public utilities will be constructed in accordance with the building code and each unit will have a separate service for water, gas, electricity and sewage. The proposed improvements are expected to be completed within the next 12 months. c.
