ARCHITECTURAL PRELIMINARY APPROVAL

RE: 729 Via Lido Soud | New Construction – Preliminary Approval
On behalf of the Lido Isle Community Association Architectural Committee, I am informing you
that the Preliminary Plans submitted for the November 1, 2021 Architectural Meeting have been
approved.
Once you have received City-Stamped approval for your plans from Newport Beach, a copy of
the City-Stamped plans will need to be dropped off to our office for Final Approval from the
Architectural Committee.
Only after you obtain Final Approval from the Architectural Review Committee may construction
begin on your property.
The authority for review, approval and enforcement of the policies and guidelines are outlined in
the Associations Directive 6.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Lido Isle Community
