Please be advised that after reviewing the subject application, your submittal has been
deemed incomplete and further information is required before we are able to proceed
with the application process. Please note that the Police Department is currently
reviewing your application and their comments are forthcoming.
The following documentation is required to complete the application:
Title Report
1. Please provide a Preliminary Title Report not more than six (6) months old from the
date the application was submitted (8/18/21) that identifies the legal description of
property.
Project Description
2. Describe the Clubhouse space and how the area functions/will function if the project
is approved. Describe the typical customer experience.
3. Please clarify that no construction is proposed for the lounge area in the Tennis
Clubhouse. If construction is proposed, please provide plans that reflect the changes.
4. Clarify the potential types of food that would be served.
5. Provide hours of operation.
6. Clarify the proposed ABC License type. You have listed a Type 47, but I believe you
are applying for a Type 57 (description below):
Generally issued to certain organizations who cannot qualify for club licenses. Authorizes
the sale of beer, wine and distilled spirits, to members and guests only, for consumption
on the premises where sold. Authorizes the sale of beer and wine, to members and guests
only, for consumption off the licensed premises. Food service is not required. Minors are
allowed on the premises.

7. Will you provide alcohol for consumption off-site (e.g. bottles of wine to go).
8. Will the lounge area only be open to members and their guests?
Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a
Zoning Administrator Hearing. Should you have any questions regarding submittal
