The Applicant is requesting approval of minor use permit to allow the use of Type 57 ABC License
(Special On-sale General) for service to members and their guests at the Newport Beach Tennis Club.
The Clubhouse includes a lounge area that currently serves concessions and would continue to serve
small snacks and light meals with areas for seating. The facility would not be open to the public and no
construction is proposed in the space. No late hours are proposed (after 11pm).

not previous approved.
