Please be advised that after reviewing the subject application, your submittal has been
deemed incomplete and further information is required before we are able to proceed
with the application process.
The following documentation is required to complete the application:
1. The Elevation Views indicate an upper level Craft Room addition and lower level
Master Bedroom addition are proposed, in addition to the enclosure of the two
existing bedroom decks. Please show the full scope of work on the Site, Floor and
Elevation plans. Clearly indicate the location of all proposed work in relationship to
the Stringline Setback.
2. With regard to the two bedroom decks to be enclosed, please describe how these
decks are currently enclosed and/or roofed (i.e. guard rail, rail height, partially
enclosed, roofed or open to sky).
3. The South and North Elevation Views include various cross-hatching/shading; it is
not clear what all of these represent. Please provide a legend clarifying all drafting
symbols.
Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a
Zoning Administrator Hearing. Should you have any questions regarding submittal
