RE: 408 Via Lido Nord New Construction – Preliminary Approval
On behalf of the Lido Isle Community Association Architectural Committee, I am formally
informing you that the Preliminary Plans submitted for the September 20, 2021 Architectural
Meeting have been approved.
Once you receive City-Stamped approval for your plans from the City of Newport Beach, a copy
of the City-Stamped plans will need to be submitted for final approval from the Architectural
Committee.
Only after you obtain final approval from the Architectural Committee may construction begin on
your property.
The authority for review, approval and enforcement of the policies and guidelines are outlined in
the Associations Directive 6.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Lido Isle Community
