3. Department Comments: See attached comments from Geotechnical. Please
contact Sergio Gutierrez for any questions.
Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a
Zoning Administrator Hearing. Should you have any questions regarding submittal

1. Lower Level Deck: Please show the outline of the deck on the plans.
2. Roof Height:
a. Two points out of the grid are missing. See red marks.
b. Clarify that the FS callouts are interpolated existing grades.
c. See all red marks.
3. Overhang: Further reduce front overhang. The overhang obstructs ocean view. Reduce to
minimum necessary for function.
4. Wall Heights: See all red marks on Site Plan. A wall is overheight. Another callout is confusing
regarding finished surface. Clarify that all FS callouts are existing grade/surface.
5. See all red marks.
