Project Address: 1424 Galaxy Drive, Newport Beach, CA 92660
The property has a single story single family residence with an attached garage that will be demolished and a
new single story single family residence with an attached garage will constructed in its place. It’s located on the
bluff of the back bay The residence will consist of four bedrooms, powder room, four bathrooms, gym, great
room, kitchen, atrium with a water feature and a three car garage. The size of the residence will be 4,242 sq. ft.
and the garage will be 702 sq. ft.. The height of the residence will be 14’-0” above existing natural grade. The
site will be regarded for the new residence and landscape with a cut of 10 yards and a fill of 10 yards. The
landscape planting area will be 1063 sq. ft. with a turf area of 252 sq. ft.. The hardscape area will be 1,889 sq.
ft. with a hardscape permeable area of 798 sq. ft.. A new drive approach will be constructed for the new three
car garage. The back yard will have a spa and fire feature area.
