Approximately 165 building permits are expected to be subject to the three-year time limit in June 2022. After June, it is estimated that an average of 25 projects per month would be subject to the three-year time limit for completion. Current Workflow Ordinance No. 2010-2 3 -YEAR TIME EXTENSION NEEDED HEARING OFFICER Hear 1St & 2nd extension request. May grant up to 180 days extension. CITY COUNCIL HEAR ANY ADDITIONAL EXTENSION What Happened?
