EREAS, Libraries offer opportunities for everyone to explore new worlds and become their best setves through access
to technology, multimedia content, andeducationatprograms; and
WEIUt7S, in times of crisis, libraries, Librarians, and Library workers play an invatuaMe rote in supporting their
communities both in person andvirtuaffy; extending far beyond the fourwaCls of a building; and
WFEREAS, to adapt to our changing world, libraries are expanding their resources and continuing to meet the needs of
their patrons; and
UMEPEAS, Libraries have long served as trustedand treasured institutions for all members of the community; and
UNIREAS, libraries, librarians, and library workers are joining library supporters and advocates across the nation to
celebrate NationalLibrary Week
