THE NORTH PARCEL WILL MERGE THE FOLLOWING LOTS INTO ONE 5.31 ACRE (231,400 SF) PARCEL; 2200 W. COAST HWY (APN 425-471-27) AND 2244 W. COAST HWY (APN 425-471-26).
