1) Site partially located in AE special flood hazard area.
Project shall comply with Flood mitigation requirements.
Lowest building slab elevations shall be above the base
flood elevation.
2) Sleeping rooms’/rooms can be used as bedrooms shall have
emergency egress open onto a court/yard that is
unobstructed from ground to sky.
3) Access to equipment on roof shall be from inside the
building.
4) Planters adjacent to standing surfaces used as guards shall
be minimum 42 inches high.
5) OFFICE shall have a minimum 7 feet clear dimension.
6) Guards shall be 42 inches height from standing surfaces
withing 3 feet.
