Coast Hwy, Corona Del Mar Del Mar Roasters is applying to establish an 836 square foot Coffee Shop, located at 3348 E. Coast Hwy, on the north-west corner of Marigold Avenue and Pacific Coast Highway. They will have a 187 square foot customer area, accommodating ordering, pick-up & 6-seats. The customers will also have access to the new, wheelchair accessible, restroom. Del Mar Roasters will have a maximum of 5 employees on any given shift with operating hours Monday through Saturday 6:00am to 6:00pm and on Sunday from 7:00am to 5:00pm. We are providing pictures of the exterior elevations and a site plan, depicting the existing general parking located on Marguerite Avenue, providing 31 parking stalls, shared by six (6) tenants, as well as 4 parking stalls at the rear of the building. We believe Del Mar Roasters will be an asset to the community, replacing an environmentally unpleasant dry cleaners, with amazing, fresh roasted coffee and pre-packaged baked goods, a great way to revitalize anyone’s day. We appreciate your time and consideration and ask that you grant approval for Del Mar Roasters to occupy this building, without increasing the existing number of parking stalls.
