Please be advised that after reviewing the subject applications, your submittal has been
deemed incomplete and further information is required before we are able to proceed
with the application process.
The following documentation is required to complete the application:
1. Application.
- The application is signed by Thomas Nicholson and notarized.
Please provide clarification on who authorized him to sign and the connection of
that individual to the property owner.
- The grant deed states that the property has two owners:
Both owners must sign and notarize the application or provide documentation
that Thomas Nicholson is authorized to authorized to sign on behalf of both 304
Goldenrod LLC and the The Deborah J. O’Connor Living Trust, Established June
26, 2019.
2. Miscellaneous.
A Project Review Request has been routed to the Public Works Department. Due to
the upcoming holiday and subsequent city hall closure, any comments or mark ups
on the parcel map will not be available until January 12, 2021.

Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a
