PA2021-055 ADDRESS: 1 Collins Island CORRECTION DATE: 5/14/2021 CORRECTIONS: 1.) Please resubmit with updated sheets of A-0.0., A-2.01, and A-2.02. 2.) The height shall be measured from 9.00 (NAVD 88) 3.) Seawall plans to be updated to show max height of guardrail at 42” max from existing grade. 4.) Garage and mechanical spaces should be separated. 5.) Dimension trellis overhang on site plan. 6.) Accessory structures shall be measured to a maximum of 6’ in side setbacks and maximum 42” in front setback. 7.) Add top of wall plus corresponding existing grade on all accessory structures. 8.) Attic spaces and chases must be less than 6’ to be excluded from gross floor area count. 9.) 8’ hedge not allowed in front setback. Maximum 42”. 10.) Elevations shall be consistent with floor plans. 11.) Revise seawall note on site plan to say 10.90’.
