1. The owner listed on the application does not appear to be the owner of 226 Jasmine
Ave, based on the email address and LLC records filed with the California Secretary
of State. Please provide the owner’s email address in the “Property Owner” section
of a new application.
2. Provide documentation verifying the owner of the LLC (226 Jasmine, LLC).
