Please be advised that after reviewing the subject application, your submittal has been
deemed incomplete and further information is required before we are able to proceed with the application process.
The following corrections are required to complete the application:
1. Tentative Parcel Map: Provide full site address of property on Tentative Parcel Map copies and
signature of the licensed land surveyor Gilberto Millot.
Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a
Zoning Administrator Hearing. Project review requests from departments are pending at this time.
