On January 27, 2022, the Zoning Administrator approved Coastal Development Permit No.
CD2021-057. This approval is based on the findings and subject to the conditions of approval in the
attached Zoning Administrator resolution. The City’s appeal period ended on February 10, 2022,
and action became final on February 11, 2022.

Project Description: A request for a coastal development permit (CDP) to allow the demolition of
an existing single-family residence and the construction of a new 3,645-square-foot, three-story,
single-family residence with an attached 736-square-foot, three-car garage. The project also
includes the installation of landscaping, hardscaping, drainage, site walls, and patio improvements.
The design complies with all applicable development standards and no deviations are requested.
