Please be advised that after reviewing the subject application, your submittal has been
deemed incomplete and further information is required before we are able to proceed
with the application process.
The following documentation is required to complete the application:
1. Sign Matrix:
a. Per plans, there is no requests for deviations from primary sign area. All
primary signs are within 1.5x lineal feet of frontage and maximum of 75 square
feet, which complies with Code. Please revise Max. Area of primary wall signs
to 1.5 square feet of sign area per lineal foot of primary building frontage, or
75 sq. ft. maximum, whichever is less. For example:
149 Riverside
Primary Wall Signs Max. Number: 1 per tenant
Max: Area: 1.5 sq. ft. of area per lineal foot of
primary building frontage, or 75 sq. ft., whichever
is less.
b. For secondary wall signs, maximum number should be one sign per tenant,
with an asterisk on buildings that have suites requesting 2. For example:
191 Riverside
Secondary Wall Signs Max. Number: 1 per tenant*
Max. Area 37.5 sq. ft.
*2 each for Suites J and G
