The following documentation is required to complete the application: 1. Sign Matrix: a. Per plans, there is no requests for deviations from primary sign area. All primary signs are within 1.5x lineal feet of frontage and maximum of 75 square feet, which complies with Code. Please revise Max. Area of primary wall signs to 1.5 square feet of sign area per lineal foot of primary building frontage, or 75 sq. ft. maximum, whichever is less. For example: 149 Riverside Primary Wall Signs Max. Number: 1 per tenant Max: Area: 1.5 sq. ft. of area per lineal foot of primary building frontage, or 75 sq. ft., whichever is less. b.
