Please be advised that after reviewing the subject application, your submittal has been
deemed incomplete and further information is required before we are able to proceed
with the application process.
The following documentation is required to complete the application:
1. Freestanding Sign. Previously approved sign program did not include a
freestanding/monument sign. Call out this as a requested amendment to the sign
program in addition to other amendments in the project description. Include the
freestanding sign and relevant information (size, dimensions, lighting, etc.) on sign
matrix.
2. Primary vs. Secondary Frontages. Primary frontages, and therefore larger allowable
sign area, should be located on the same frontage as the primary entrance to the
Suite. Where alternative designations of primary/secondary frontages are proposed,
provide justification for the request. As submitted, Suite J and Suite F “primary”
frontages should be “secondary” frontages, with smaller sign allowances.
