Trust - Inter vivos trust, family or other similar trust estate; 2. Business Entity - Corporation, limited liability company, partnership, limited partnership, etc. 3. Heir - If owner deceased then to heir(s) of the estate Transfer Process In order to transfer a permit, that permit must be valid and in good standing: 1. Seller has a valid business license 2. Uniform Transient Occupancy Tax ("UTOT") and renewal form have been remitted for current reporting year 3. Owner has remitted all applicable renewal forms and fees 4.
