Transfer Process
In order to transfer a permit, that permit must be valid and in
good standing:
1. Seller has a valid business license
2. Uniform Transient Occupancy Tax ("UTOT") and renewal form
have been remitted for current reporting year
3. Owner has remitted all applicable renewal forms and fees
4. Permit is not currently suspended or revoked
5. Permit is not considered abandoned or closed
