Dear Mayor Cox, Ladies and Gentlemen of the Council:
The Balboa Peninsula Point Association appreciates very
much the Alternate Position that you awarded us on the City
Aviation Committee.
However, because of the direct impact of the airpath over our
Peninsula Point, and the impending increase of air traffic
with the completion of the $300,000,000 Orange County
Airport buildout, we strongly believe that in all fairness
we should have a permanent and full status position seat
awarded in order for us to more properly and equitably
represent our homeowners.
We thank you for your consideration of our request and we
look forward to your approval and confirmation.
Sincerely,
GZ Dayna Pettit

Dear Chairman Strauss,
As the airport liason for the North Bluffs Bay View Community Assn.
I would like to request a change in the make-up of the Aviation Committee
when it is reconsidered as a "Sunset Committee".
My request is that Mr. Randolf Kroenert be placed back as an alternate,
since there is already a voting representative from Lido Isle in yourself.
Also, I request that Mr. Daniel Gilliland be given that voting membership
for the Penninsula Point area of Newport Beach. I feel with these changes
and the rest of the committee remaining the same, the community
will best be served.
Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
I'Ra, -
Mrs. Marguerite L. Wolcott
