The Board of Directors considered your request to demolish Lot 22 before receiving approved
plans at the Board meeting held on 02/17/2022. This notice is to inform you that the Board of
Directors decided the following:
1.) The request to demolish before receiving approved plans was approved. This approval
is for demolishing purposes only. A separate approval for the building plans will be
needed before building can commence.

be made to the submitted plans and demolition plan.
