within a designated PWR on the back of his property. Spectrum has reviewed the
site plan and proposed Spa location and it will cause no interference with the
Spectrum easement.

I have a copy of the tract map with the easements called out on it. Do yo think I need a letter
form SCE that states that you have no services in that particular easement? Thank you for
your help on this matter.

SCE specific easement, and have no utilities on your property, there shouldn't
be any restrictions from us. Do you have a copy of the Grant of Easement?

Mark, please see the attached google maps photo showing the easements on my
property. The area of concern is bubbled in and red. The southern property line.
The city says there is no form. They need a letter from Southern California
Edison stating that it's OK to build my spa within your easement.
Please let me know if you can write the letter and if you need anything else.
