Please find with this transmittal one application covering the Fletcher Jones Management Group’s two
(2) discretionary review requests for:
•Lot Merger
•Use Permit, Conditional
We have included checks to cover the Lot Merger and Use Permit application fees of $2,316 and $5,838
respectively.
Under this cover, please find the following materials related to the Lot Merger:
•One (1) copy of the preliminary title report dated within six months of the application date
•One (1) copy of the Vesting Deeds
•Eight (8) copies of the signed and notarized Lot Merger Exhibits (8.5”x11”)
•Eight (8) copies of the ALTA Survey, current (24”x36”, folded to 8.5”x11”)
Under this cover, please find the following materials related to the Use Permit, Conditional:
•One (1) signed Planning Permit Application
•One (1) copy of the preliminary title report dated within six months of the application date (only
one title report is being submitted to cover review requests)
