Please be advised that after reviewing the subject application, your submittal has been
deemed incomplete and further information is required before we are able to proceed
with the application process.
The following documentation is required to complete the application:
1.Planning Application
The application is not signed by the building owner. Per the title report, the
building owner is the Wasko James M Trust/ The JRW Family Trust. Please
have the application signed by a representative of the trust and include their
title on the application. Alternatively, a letter from a representative of the trust
authorizing Mr. Singh to sign on their behalf may be submitted. Include the title of
the representative of the trust authorizing Mr. Singh to sign on their behalf.
2.Plans
The submitted plans do not show any parking at the rear of the building and do
not match the latest approved plans on file with the City. Per the plans approved
under plan check no 738-94, one stall should be provided. Please see the
attached site plan from plan check no. 738-94 for reference. This stall must be
shown on the plans for the resubmittal.
Please be advised Plans prepared for resubmittal should address Building
division comments provided in Project Review Request (PRR) comments.
3.PRR Comments
The project has been routed to the Building division, the Public Works
department, the Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing division, and the Fire/Life
Safety department. Comments have been attached to this letter. There are no
redlined plan sets to pick up. Comments from Fire/Life Safety are pending and will
be provided to you as soon as they become available.

Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a
Zoning Administrator Hearing. Should you have any questions regarding submittal

Separate grease waste line will be required in food preparation
areas if ice cream is being made on site. OC Health Department
approval required for hydromechanical grease interceptor within
food prep areas.
Type II exhaust hood required for heat generating appliances
where grease or smoke is not present. Type II exhaust duct shall
terminate outdoors per CMC 519.5.
