The following documentation is required to complete the application: 1. Provide a copy of the recorded grant deed that indicates the current owner of the property. 2. If the property is not currently owned by LA21A, LLC, submit a new application reflecting this, as well as the grant deed listed above. 3. Provide a copy of the managing member agreement for the current property owner. Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and a certificate of compliance will be recorded.
