Please be advised that after reviewing the subject application, your submittal has been
deemed incomplete and further information is required before we are able to proceed
with the application process.
The following documentation is required to complete the application:
1. Provide a copy of the recorded grant deed that indicates the current owner of the
property.
2. If the property is not currently owned by LA21A, LLC, submit a new application
reflecting this, as well as the grant deed listed above.
3. Provide a copy of the managing member agreement for the current property owner.
Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and a certificate of
compliance will be recorded. Should you have any questions regarding submittal
