Please be advised that after reviewing the subject application, your submittal has been
deemed incomplete and further information is required before we are able to proceed
with the application process.
The following documentation is required to complete the application:
1. Clarify if the proposed setback is 30 or 29 feet.
2. Dimension the proposed setbacks on the new and existing site plans.
3. Provide a title report no more than 6 months old that indicates the current owner of
the property.
4. If the property is not currently owned by Thomas James Homes, submit a new
application and letter of agency signed by the current owner, as well as the title report
listed above.
5. Provide a copy of the managing member agreement for the current property owner.
6. Provide a new letter of agency signed by the managing member of the current
ownership entity.
7. Verify the location of the property line. See Public Work’s comments (attached) for
further information.
Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and a Staff Approval
Letter shall be created. Should you have any questions regarding submittal requirements,
