Please be advised that on June 10, 2022, our office received notice of local action on the coastal development permit described below:

Description: A coastal development permit (CDP) to allow the demolition of an existing single-family residence and the construction of a new two-story 6,937-square-foot residence with attached 649-square-foot, three-car garage. The project also includes the construction of landscaping, hardscaping,
drainage, site walls, and a reinforced bulkhead cap for protection against coastal hazards. The design complies with all applicable development standards and no deviations are requested. The finish floor elevation of the proposed single-family residence is at a minimum
elevation of 11.00 feet (NAVD88), which complies with the minimum 9.00-foot (NAVD88) elevation standard. All improvements authorized by this CDP will be located on private property.

Unless an appeal is filed with the Coastal Commission, the action will become final at the end of the
Commission appeal period. The appeal period will end at 5:00 PM on June 24, 2022.
